Het is de winter van 1977 als een jonge vriendengroep uit Dublin bijeenkomt om zich net als de opkomende punkbeweging tegen de vastgeroeste massa te verzetten. Dezelfde rebelse ideologie, dezelfde vernieuwingsdrang, maar dan wel wat minder radicaal.
