Tom Russel heeft het als ervaringsdeskundige allemaal bewust meegemaakt. De anarchistische tegenreactie van de illegale raves, de opkomst van de drum and bass, de jungle hoogtijdagen, de techno feesten en de succesjaren van de stadion vullende house acts.
